First of all welcome to the forum,, If you post up in the Parts Wanted section you may be lucky, but as there were so many different styles/trims then better to say which model/year you have and possibly a picture of your seats, presuming you don't have the old door cards.

Richard had about covered it.
You can make your own door cards if you have old ones to use as a template.
Marine ply, foam, material, glue, sewing machine. Soon eat away at a winters weekend making some.
