I can't work out how to place my damper pulley back onto the crank sprocket, I'm confused by the marks on there

 Pictures below:

Picture 1 of my cam sprocket I have lined the dimple indicating top dead centre for piston 1 my valves are closed on cylinder 1 the lobes are facing up over cylinder 1 and the mark lines perfectly with the cyclinder head surface.

Picture 2 crank shaft sprocket. I have marked on the picture
- BLUE mark protruding mark? Does this have anything to do with timing or is it a marker to refit the damper pulley for the v belt if so how does it affect this. Is that lobe supposed to point to the arrow on the can belt cover (marked in white) is it supposed to run parallel with (notch) white mark on the damper? that lines up with the arrow on the cover and the pressed dimple on the fly wheel.
-GREEN this white mark had been put on by somebody else when it lines up with the white arrow on the cam belt cover the pistons number 2/3 are at top dead centre? Turn that same white dot 180* and the pistons number 1 and 4 are at tdc as is indicated by the RED line drawn across from the dot to arrow note# the lug marked in blue (I don't know what it's for? Is in that position on the pic when piston 1 is at tdc?

Are there supposed to be any other marks machine punched into the sprocket? Am I missing something like a oddly shaped tooth?

Picture 3 I lined up the damper with the notch (marked in white with the arrow marked in white to show how I believe they should go? I have seen pictures (on here with that same notch lining up with the intermediate shaft dimple? My question is when I place the damper lined up with the dimple that I previously mentioned marked in blue, the damper doesn't line up with anything at all?
PLEASE HELP LOL IMG_3599.JPG IMG_3599.JPG

Rotate the Crank to 0tdc at the tranny timing cover hole, you will need to remove the cap and the plug.
The dimple on the back of the cam is even with the valve cover tin, and not the rebar.
The Dizzy should be in the middle of the hash that is stamped on the frame.

You don't have to worry about lining up pulley marks at all.

This should of been posted in the HELP section.

Diesel
Crank at 0tdc on the tranny.
Cam is so the number one lobes are up, and that the lock bar is in the rear.
The IP is timed at the marks on the front and pined.

Diesel has no more than 1/2 twist to belt tension twist checked between the injection pump and the CAM
Gasser is 1/2 to 2/3 twist of the belt between the Intermediate shaft and the CAM
