Hi all,
I have have recently purchased a Mk1 cabrio and as my husband is working on his Corrado I want to get a high quality cover for it while it’s outside. Any recommendations or steer clears are welcome.
Thank you.

I've got a halfords all season cover. Size small. About £60, and I think a 2 year warranty. Been fine on my tin top over the past 12 months. You can pay a lot more for a cover, but from my research none of them last forever so I took a punt on the Halfords one.

I bought a storm cover with lock, it’s made for the cabby so is fitted and it certainly fits nicely and covers the car really well and it’s breathable. Came with a dusting brush, lock wire and padlock along with a great quality bag to keep it in if it needs packing away.
not the cheapest at around £200 but miles better than the cheap cover I had before sourced from Amazon and I’m pleased I bought this as it’s been excellent so far.

Thank you for your advice. The roof is mohair so I'm a little weary of UV light getting through cheaper covers and causing damage.
I had looked at the Stormforce website and quite liked the product description but a lot of the reviews were really negative.
I'm probably being overly cautious. To me, it's brand new

The Halfords one won't let any uv through although it has a fluffy inside which might stick the mohair roof a bit!
