BRISTOL VOLKSFEST 2013 - 7-9TH JUNE - Come Join Us !

Its that time of the year again , time to get a thread and numbers together for:

As per the 2009 - 2012 shows we attended,  I will ask for a club stand with camping to the rear , probably around the lines of 25 people to start with and increase if we need to.

The organisers know us well now and look forward to a good stand by the MK1OC. As you can see they used the shot of our stand from last year on the main page of the shows website :-)

I am really hoping we can get the Berkshire, Midlands and Wales regions involved heavily this year, as well as anyone else across the club that wants to travel down. Its going to be a great weekend, and i would encourage camping on the Sat night as the entertainment is great and then on Sunday all the show and shine etc starts.

All welcome, lets make it record numbers this year

Also can people let us know whether they are planning just the day on the Sat or Sunday

Or if they wish to camp for the Sat night as well so i can feed the number back to the organiser regarding stand and camping size required

Put me down as a maybe for this, will know closer to the time as it's a 212 mile, 3+ hours mins journey and not sure if anything else is happening that weekend. But if i was to make an apperance i'd set off sat morning to arrive at dinnertime and camp over.

Pipsical, there are usually a good few that come from all over, so there is a good chance you can meet them on route, its worth the drive and with the camping, just means you can have a nice chilled weekend with a few beers etc then head back on the Sunday :-)
