JAMEX vs K&N

preferances……..bear in mind jamex 22.50, k+n ?35

considering the difference that a performance air filter makes id go for the jamex solely because i think there cant be alot between the two makes and there isnt a huge amount between them and the oe paper filters.

i got my k+n secondhand but reoiled etcetc for ?20,   (thanks storm81)

i want a nice induction noise on acceleration but have a 1.8 injection and they dont do air filters for them…only expensive ones…can anyone suggest anything?
what will drilling the airbox do? sounds bad. and where does this drilling take place?

isnt one a foam filter and one an oiled paper... be careful with oiled filters as they can sometimes clog maf sensors etc.
