Fitted them today, I like them but I'm sure the purists will be crying into their keyboards ;)

i think those door cards are probably more for looks. by the time you get as far as wondering if cf door cards would help shave those 100ths of a second off strip times, you'd have already removed all but the steering wheel from inside and replaced every panel with carbon.

i want to save wieght but not to the extent where EVERYTHING has been removed, i have removed all the sound deadening, but kept the carpets for a little home comforts, but the rears seats, parcel self and supports are seat in the loft along with the seat belts and front seats as i have my race seats in there now.

I would like to be able to save a small amount on the door cards if i can while also looking nice and flashly. (im a tart i know)

I know this tread started a long time ago but i am thinking of getting some of these from performance-trim.com. Are these the same ones and how easy were they to fit? How are they fitted, rivets???

Have you got any pics of the rears?

Cheers

I just used decent double sided tape on my old ones.  If you choose not to run doorcards, you will get water coming in off the window so you'll need to do something about that.

Back to OP, looks tidy!
