Unfortunately Royal Mail have changed their prices and also there size bandings which is going to have a big knock on affect into shipping via our Shop
It is the size changes that is going affect the postage for the shop the most
For example:
A Mug has increased from £2.70 for £5.65 due to it's height
Our Yearly Calendar has increased from £2.70 for £5.65 due to it's size
A lot of our products will remain at the £3 mark but some have increased
Now I am currently looking into alternatives but this may take a while to figure out and how to integrate this feature into the shop software
Again I apologise

royal mail, theyve really turned into a joke and stand no chance of competing with price increases like that. I heard that "my hermes" are extremely competitive?
They are but some of the couriers leave a lot to be desired. I wouldn't send anything fragile or of any value with them mate.

I agree with you there too! I almost always collect everything myself, costs way more than a courier but it never gets "lost" or "damaged" that way.
Hate to sound like an old f**t (although i am but the royal mail used to be a fine instituition, how can they hope to compete given the latest "price adjustments" they bear little or no relation to the item thats being delivered. I realise that we are not talking about actual post ie: letters but thats why they have a parcel force.
Im still suffering from the post code lottery, according to them my house doesnt even exist, half the houses down our street dont!! the only reason anything turns up is because our postie is an absolute star.
As for realistic solutions im drawing a blank sorry
