sureterm were a joke tbh

5 different phone calls with them and they gave me 5 different answers with regards to the excess price

unprofessional..

lesson learnt, ask for the policy in writing or on email before you take out the insurance policy. (thats waht i did with peter best)

Hi George, how you doing?

That sounds like a raw deal, but well handled. It surprises me, they've been around for years I thought?

Still got the white GTI I take it?

Cheers
Andy

hi, im good thanks,

yeh i still got the white gti, just a few jobs to do to finish off a nut and bolt job. i had a flick through your build thread recently, have you mastered welding yet?

i did feel the guy was rushing the whole process to get his commission so maybe it was just his fault, although it doesnt explain the other 3 people giving me different answers so i dunno, got out while i could and feel much happier about it.

if there like that at the begining, god forbid anything happens, what will they be like then…

At least you got out of the policy, that's a bonus

Not quite there with the welding, still crap wire feed doesn't help but know some of it is me!! Not touched it for months, too busy with work mostly, been buying more bits so hope to get back on it soon ;)
