how do i go about getting a club valuation or independent
my car is a 1975 swallowtail,
1 previous owner!
92k on the clock - genuine
mint bodywork and interior,
engine bay could do with a respray but is tidy.
bbs rm's
and they value it at £3,000 ???????? you'd struggle to get a tidy series 1 for that!!
they wont budge unless i get a mk1 owners club valuation or an independent.
any advice welcome!!
cheers. lee

Would be worth finding adverts for other swallowtails. And send them to the insurance company , somewhere online you can also find out how many of your model still left
yeah i said that too them as i thought that was the normal drill but they said it has to be a valuation of my car and they wont accept other ads etc. complete morons.. i think they think i'm trying it on with the value…
i looked before on that how many left of my model, there were 3 including mine in england and wales, my was the only one taxed that year the other two were sorned.
