Footman James - email pictures?

I'm just wondering if you can email pictures for the agreed value or do they have to be printed off and sent?

peter best , adrian flux and footmans have always wanted printed photo's of each side, front, back, interior and engine bay dated and sent to them from me. Although they did a gree my value in principal over email before i commited to the policy (adrian flux)
