Agreed Insurance Value

Hi, can anyone help me with regards to getting an agreed valuation on my Mk1 Golf. I have been to my local main VW dealer and he has agreed to put a written valuation onto their headed paper if I can get a valuation somewhere, but he was unable to put a value on the car, as they have no idea how to value it as a classic. I live in Swansea, South Wales and would like to sort this out as soon as possibe as the insurance is due for renewal next week. She has had one previous owner a gentleman bought her new at 60 years of ago used her daily providing it did not rain untill he was 81, when he part ex her at the same main vw dealer he bought her from 21 years before.

Over the last few years, she only comes out to go to the South Wales car shows, and a few trips out on a nice day, so far she has won:-

Singleton classic car show Swansea 2nd in class post 72 for 2004 & 2005
