Shackle for Carb Cover

Hi All,

I am seeking to purchase a shackle for a carburettor cover.

Its for a Mk1 Golf Cabrio 1.8.

The part number I am told is 027-129-677. It looks like a wire clip.

If anyone has one or knows where to find one, I will be grateful for the signpost.

I have already tried Heritage Parts and Stevens Dismantlers, but no luck.

You could try and find a pierburg 2e2 on ebay? They are cheap and a bit of searching might bring up one that has the shackle attached… and you would also have an extra carb for parts
