The Hartmann 506 4A 250V TPS has lost the switch arm

Hi, Just starting to overall my engine and have found the high revs at idle were due to a missing arm on the TPS.  Is it possible to fix, or is there an alternative to the original part?  Thanks in advance

I think I know over here you can get "Cherry" switches with the arm at most good hardware stores that you can splice in.

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?

They all start with GOOD Grounds.

Where are my DIY Links?

Thank you. I have not heard of a cherry switch before, but I will try to source one.

Cherry is a manufacturer, they make switches, I have been using them over the years on Various Computer driven high speed  sorting machines and such pinball machines used the heck out of them in the 50's to the 80's.  The arms come in various lengths and with or with out rollers, but you can get a long one and cut the arm down with a dremel or good diagonal cutter or tin snips……

A good hardware store (not a chain) or a electrical supply shop should have them.

The original part number should be

here is  link to various designs.
