mk1 golf converitable off the timing

hello everyone iv got a little mk1 converitable that's massively off the timing and not running.
 im looking for anyone near uxbridge west london to come around that can sort it for me and ill pay them well.
 I also need a few other bits.

ignition timing depends what engine its got, but all you need is cheap as chips basic timing light. just make sure its inductive pickup
