Light bulb for ashtray and heater control panel?

Post

Can anyone confirm if this is the correct part number for the light bulb N  0177512 also where could I pick some up from?

Also how do I connect spades to this so it clips in? (For heater panel)

I've found an old thread that confirms the parts, but I have the later heather control fascia so not sure if the bulb is suitable for that

There were two styles of heater fascias one was a Bulb that was socketed, the other was part of the fascia.
The socketed type was on the Scirocco.

There are threads on how to replace it if it is the fixed type.

For the ash receiver, I just swapped it out for a LED, had to tape it on place but it worked fine.

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?

They all start with GOOD Grounds.

Where are my DIY Links?
