Just been offered this mk1 caddy... HELP!!

Firstly I hope this post is allowed mods!

Ok, so I just went into a antique shop and the owner had this caddy for sale, sorry they're are not the best photos, there was no dents, the interior was IMACCULATE, and from the areas I could get to, be bed was solid!

The car has been owned by the same family for years and it's on 93k.. It's a 1.6d with I think, FHS.

What's this car worth?? He wants 3750 with 12 months MOT! , is that fair ??
