left or right side front or rear? the turns in the front are also the hazards, so it could be bad bulb sockets, (did you replace the bulbs with LED's and didn't add the resistor?) or bad grounds.

They use the same relay unit to blink left or right and hazards, so it is back to the bulbs, sockets or wires to them.

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?

They all start with GOOD Grounds.

Where are my DIY Links?

Hi  Briano1234, both left and right side , rear and front flash to fast when operated by the stalk , but if you just put hazards on they are normal speed , I guess this rules out the relay ?  But I will check all bun sockets to rule this out ( standard bulbs by the way ) many thanks for your reply 👍

I had the same problem on another vehicle. Ended up being that the bulbs were on the way out, ie the resistance of the bulbs wasn't what it should be, even although all worked fine. I believe the indicators left or right may flash faster because of lower resistance ie only one side working at a time however when the hazards ie all lights are on the resistance is possibly high enough for it to flash properly. Might want to change out some bulbs and see if that makes a difference.
