How best to clean

Hi all, what's the best method/ product, to clean my mohair roof, thanks 

Apc and a soft brush to remove the dirt. Then some kind of protectant. 

I've been using auto finesse ragtop protector recently on clients cars. 

As for apc, I've always used g101 by autosmart at 10:1.
