Help! No fuel to injectors

No fuel being regulated from the distributor to the fuel pipes

Hi guys, having problems getting my project golf to start. Currently only fires up on cold start, I've managed to take the injectors off and I'm getting no fuel from the distributor to the fuel pipes!

It's a 1.8 8v GTI

I've taken the system pressure regulator out and it seemed clean and didn't appear to be stuck at all!

I'm getting fuel from the tank to the filter, through the warm up regulator and back to the fuel distributor and returning to the tank, however there is no pressure to the pipes.

Anyone got any ideas?

i would pull the injectors put them into bottles put the no 17 relay in to slot 2 on the fuse box so the pump works when the key is turned, then operate the metering head flap by hand to see if they flow fuel

Thanks for the response!

Relay 17 was already in slot 2, as far as I am aware it always has been, is that in the incorrect place?

I've lifted the flap with ignition on, no fuel coming into the injectors still, any ideas as to why?

Edit* just taken the injectors off and fuel comes through to the fuel pipes fine so it must be blocked injector valves?!

Any good way to unblock them or buy new?

Can try this:
CIS Injector Cleaning, Seal and Holder Replacement

There may be companies that can deep clean and repair them, I know over here there are a few, but the price is about the same if not a tad lower than new ones.

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?

They all start with GOOD Grounds.

Where are my DIY Links?

Thanks for the response!

Update, taken all injectors out and there was no way fuel would be spraying out of them the way they were looking 😂

Mate had some 16v injectors spare so I stuck them on and it now starts and runs! Disgraceful condition! IMG_7328.JPG
