Help in need of trims

Hi I am refurbing my mk1 gti cabriolet and I need the door and rear quarter trim in picture can anyone advise where to buy them

are they black or chrome and black there is a difference between the years.

They all attach with the same clips, and you are talking the waist trim?

The classifieds section of this forum vwvortex, ebay and
amazon and breaker yards.  Then is it the right side of the car or the left side, as there is a left and right to the trim.

If you are getting new to you trim, I would get new clips.
It is terrible when they depart from the car at night on a bump and you can't find it… I think it took me a year to find one in the wrecking yards as I didn't want to pay the "price".

Over here the Chrome centered was up to 89, and the all black was 90 and above.

They are black with the chrome in the middle both are on the left side, I did look on eBay but couldn't find anything I have got the clips all in ready to go, I will try the classifieds now see what I can find

Try Mark Carter at Classic VW too. He sometimes has bits of trim.
