Selection problems

Hi all head against brick wall time!!! Had gear selection problems so had gearbox changed new clutch fitted selector repair kit also but finding difficult to select gears been told needs adjustment anyone shed any light on this cuz driving me mad cheers all.

She has a link or even a pdf on how to adjust the selectors at the gear lever end using a Cassette Tape.
Easy to follow.

You did get the proper linkage kit as in 4spd or 5spd as they aren't the same for the tranny that you installed?
And who ever put it in for you should be responsible for the adjustments to ensure proper gear selections. As in telling you to do it, they weren't qualified to put it in the first place.

TAKE IT BACK AND RAISE HOLY CAIN in a nice way till they get it sorted out.  Or Refund the price to have another shop do it…..

I hate places that do that kind of crapola.  Probably why I do all the work on my cars, and I am getting to old to do it.
