from bad to worse

hi all i decided to service/cleanout/rebuild, my weber carb as part of my on going fuel fault/cutting out only now it wont start ,even though i have got fuel to the carb and cylinders and a spark,has anyone else had a problem after rebuilding a carb?

Av ya flooded it?

it did flood so I took out the spark plugs and blow out the cylinders and dried the plugs off, but the problem is that its not even trying to fire?
