Cobra alarm

Good Afternoon,
I’m having an absolute nightmare with my cobra 7925 alarm and immobiliser, my original fob for the car had broken so I ordered a new fob and requested the pin to program the new fob, all well was good the pin came then the fob came.

Only problem now is my alarms going off and I can’t use none of the fobs, the button on the original one had broken so the alarms just going off which leaves me no way to program the new fob ‍

Is there any way I can resolve this?
