Carb base plate question, plus some other queries

Hello all I want to put a weber 32/34 dtml carb on my 1.5 jetta, currently has pierberg 1b carb (i know the dtml is not the direct replacement but i have one here)

Is this the correct base plate to allow me to fit the carb to my existing manifold?

few other questions
are the wings for a mk1 golf and a mk1 jetta identical?
my car is a 1980, what would the colour options have been? paint sticker is missing, looks to me like its florida blue was this an option in 1980
last one - are there any wheels similar to ronal turbos that come in 13/14 inch?
