Brake lines

Does anybody know what size the nuts are for the brake calipers? I have two front caliper from original mk1 cabriolet and two rear caliper from mk3 i believe as part of a rear disc conversion. About to run new stainless brakes lines but have no idea what size the lines should be or what size the nuts should be connect to the calipers. Any help appreciated. thanks.
