Probably a topic on this but can’t find it

any way got round to putting engine mount kit on my aum lump
. I ordered mk2 golf 16v timing belt kit for kr!
but belt is to short probably about 4 teeth
the aum belt is bit to long for my liking probably by 3/4 teeth
the manual adjuster is about 3/4 way round with aum belt fitted

does anyone have a timing belt number which is a better fit

you use the right belt for a 20v,. only 16v bit you need is the solid tensioner, which you fit with some washers
