Small light GTI on ebay

Sure this is another one that has been up for sale quite abit over last couple of months. Funny, seem to see the same bunch of cars coming up for sale every month  :dontknow:

This has been up for sale for a few months now. I wonder if the alarmingly large gap between top of grille and the bonnet has anything to do with that?!! 8O

Oh yeh, just noticed that - wonder whats thats all about? Extra engine cooling  

Dont know how that could happen. Cant see if the front panel was replaced an inch too low?!

I got an email from that guy regarding the car, He sent loads of pics and info, I emailed him back and asked how much he was looking for the Mk1, He told me to make him an offer

Is this the one that was in VW Motoring a few months back? Totally original apart from engine, wheels, interior etc  :dontknow:

Whoa! You could get couple of mint MK1s and tax/insure them for that.

He told me he had put ?9k into it, and it was insured for ?4.5k.
