New feature in 'Community' Panel

Folks,

I've added the 'weblink' feature to the community panel. This allows you to submit website links to the site and have them automatically included.

So if you find a decent website on mk1s, golf, or any other relevant subject (eg. spare parts, insurance etc) you can now add it yourself, subject to approval.
