Hi all long time no see :) hoping all are well!

Hi all, wow it's been a long time since I have visited here in fact it's a long time since I have been anywhere due to my health but oh well never mind. how is everyone I hope that you are all well and the crunch isn't hitting you to hard.

I Have finally decided to get The ol' girl sorted out but I'm going to need a lot of time and elbow grease (hope they sell that in big drums) I'm selling my Renault Trafic van in order to pay for the so if anyone is interested please PM me. I am also going to need a lot of part as she has been really neglected since about 2004 still passed all but one MOT which she failed on a bulb and front top strut mounting so I don't think she has done that bad seeing as she had very little to no maintenance. I will post a list of part I need later on and I'd really appreciate any help sourcing them and I need to find the cheapest possible so I'm not worried if they are new or used. I'm hoping to get her finished within the next month or two depending on how quick I can pull my finger out.

oh and I finally got round to passing my driving test in November 2007 third time lucky LOL

hiya!!!  Glad you're back and hope your health is getting better!!  When were you on here last?  You may want to get yourself to the AGM next month and see us all ??  

Hiya spudfingers, must be about 2 yers since I was last here maybe even a bit longer (logged in I mean). where is the AGM meet and what are the details for it (dates, contact etc.) as I may just do that to get out of my home town for however long it is (which would make a nice change) if I have the fundage available. also is the any camping facilities nearby as if it is quite far from where I am as I would have to camp overnight (better dig out the camping gear) and hopefully the van will be sold and the ol' girl will be finished (if I get my finger out) I have made a start on the body work which is no where near as bad as I thought it was appears to be just suface rust which has bubble the paint (touch wood).

I shall post a few bits and pieces on here that I am going to need but i have found a pretty good site which is linked from here for the basic parts I need more mechanical parts now that I need to source.

anyway i'm off to bed (lightweight) and I will speak again soon. Thanks for the reply and the warm welcome back

sorry I've not been about guys another turn with health but back on the road to recovery and should be a bit more active here now. but going to have to put of the resto project on my MK1 golf N again for a while  :dontknow: . anyway hope your all well and lifes treating you all good.
