The problem more south is that the weather conditions changes (below and above freezing point) and thaws the snow and then freezes up again creating a surface superb for ice skating but not for car driving . Up north the road condition is more stable and the only thing used there is sand and good winter tires (which is required in Sweden by law, at least when "winter road conditions" apply).

Is she a campaign?
Whats are your plans for her?
I used to own a mk1 - well I've had 2 actually - YDU 720X & SMU 420Y. Currently I drive an 98 Scotia White Mitsubishi Evolution V RS…. fancy getting another mk1 someday

No it?s not campaign, i have contacted Auto museum in germany and they say it is normal gti.
My plans is make her original, the last owners gived me many parts i only need to change… And i will chnge wheels too, i think the one she have now looks too modern… and isn?t special.. i want the best for her…

I'm still looking for a 1976 GTI registered on the 16th of august (my birthday) this for me would be the ultimate GTI
