Dent Removal

While at the hospital with BabyDub this week, some t**t has opened a car door right into the side of my X-Trail  

Has anyone had experience of the 'Paintless Dent Removal' firms and are they any good? Do you know prices?

Plus….. on Wednesday took the X-Trail to Manchester and not being familiar with the car park system, got a little stuck at the barrier as I hadn't paid for my ticket!! ops:
All flustered I got some assistance from the attendant and prompty drove out….. didn't see the foot high kerb, turned too early and scraped all the front offside alloy    
Not a good week really as a new alloy is £235 upwards, looks like a bit of refurbishment!!

Anyone else had an expensive week?
