too much fuel

Can any one please help

I have been restoring a 82 gti cab, it was a none runner when I bought it. I have replaced the fuel pump, two injectors. i am getting far too much fuel
Any suggestions Please

to cut a long story short, a 3mm hex in the top of the fuel dizzy thing needs slight tweeking a mm or so at a time i found.

cheers for all the help i found the metering faulty i stripped it down cleaned it up (not an easy task)it now runs quite well
