Oil Pressure guage

Just managed to wire up my 3 guages a couple of days ago, only needed a couple of links to 12V and GND to get them working.

When I start my car (usually after fiddling around with the fuel pump relay) the oil pressure guage reads around 4, it then drops to about 1/1.5 after warm, is this normal? I'm thinking its just coz the choke is on, Yes? :dontknow:

sounds similar to mine.

mine stays up at 5, then goes down to 1.5 when warm.

i think i might have seen your mk1. does it have a jetex or similar exhaust and black rims?
