14inch Blue Scala / Snowflakes

VW Scala/Snowflake 14 inch 6J Et38  PCD4x100 alloys x 4 in blue. 
Lacquer is bubbling on all wheels, 1 wheel has chipped paint. Stored outside so ould do with a clean up and a refurb but no curbing on them. Tyres are all shot and will need to be replaced. I had my mk1 on these whilst I got its main wheels refurbed. Never had them on the road but believe them to be straight and true with no damage.
