Circular wheel to adjust the seat-back angle

Looking for the seat winding-wheel in good condition for a Golf convertible (1991) front-seat. Mine has stripped so it won't wind the seat-back forwards, only back. It's the one with the screw hole in the middle. Seat back adjusting knob.jpeg
