SEAT BELT - FRONT - PASSENGER SIDE

1991 CLIPPER CABBY FRONT PASSENGER SEAT BELT

My existing passenger belt is slightly frayed on one edge just above the door side floor fixing and I am concerned that it will be picked up at MOT.
VW part number is 155 857 705 D.
Can anyone out there help me out, please?
