Polo 6N2 GTI engine conversion

Full engine conversion from.6N2 GTI. Original owner was a lady who took great care of it. It was also owner by a driving instructor as a second car. Then one of his friends purchased it as a second car for the family. So has had an easy life.

Engine runs beautifully. Has always had regular maintenance to keep it in tip top condition. Regular oil and filter changes. Has 107k on it and engine code is ARC.

Gearbox is nice and smooth. No crunching into gears, not even reverse.

I can do this a few ways for you. Im reasonably flexible.

1) Engine and wiring only - £225

2) Engine, gearbox and wiring - £335

3) Engine, gearbox, wiring (interior and exterior), driveshafts (one needs a boot), steering column, fly by wire pedal box, lock set (steering column, doors, boot, glovebox, consists of 2 remote central locking keys and plastic valet key. Rare to get all keys with a car of this age!!), gear selector and cables, exhaust (manifold, downpipe with cats), engine mounts - £450 **This is more relevant for doing a swap into a 6N2. A lot will be irrelevant to swap into a mk1**

I also have other bits from the car if you need them, just let me know.  I have the rad and front panel too but there is a small amount of pink staining in the corner so I'm not sure how well it holds coolant. If the one you have is good I'd say just use that.
 
Collection from Newcastle Upon Tyne. Can stick it all on a pallet and send it to you if you want to arrange a courier to collect it.
