1985 VW Golf Cabriolet GTI in rare Metallic blue (Only available on 1985 cars)

VW 1800 16V KR engine fitted (Was a 1800 8V GTI) with Ashely 4 - 1 branch manifold (Replaced at 128K) Stainless steel full exhaust system. Uprated 16V front brake callipers, servo and master cylinder. 150 bhp approx. 129,690 miles
MOT August 2017

Exip 15 alloy wheels fitted with good tyres, spacers/adaptors fitted
full late GTI/Clipper body kit fitted with Clear headlights, debadged grill and eye brow, tinted rear lamps


Coil overs fitted all round with new strut top mounts and bearings and wheel bearings

Full interior replaced with later GTI version, darker colour not white in immaculate condition, bigger front door speaker/storage and speakers also in rear door cards. Kenwood Bluetooth CD faceoff player fitted along with Pioneer under seat subwoofer. Mountney steering wheel, centre gauges fitted, leather gear knob and gaiter. Cobra Immobiliser fitted with 2 x keys and 2 x fobs

Cambelt kit, Water pump and auxiliary belt replaced at 2013. only covered a few thousand miles since
Clutch and cable replaced at 128K
New radiator and fan, Distributor and Rotor arm fitted
Lots of other items replaced over the last 5 years, all receipts included along with MOTs

Vehicle is in great condition for the year including roof and has been stored in the garage for my ownership over the last 5 years. It drives really well and is very quick for a MK1

only selling this vehicle due to the lack of use and would prefer to see it go to home where it will be used. Will be sad to see her go
