unfortunatly time to sell this car that I bought over 17years ago. wish I could keep but need to be realistic.   loads of old mot's tax discs and receipts.   Mot'd last year to use for the summer then taken off the road for a winter engine swap. engine was lifted out recently to make way for a 20vt bam engine which has been purchased along with other parts needed.   original engine and gear box are in great clean condition and run sweet with Webber carb and K&N filter. no knocks or bangs and looked after.
body is in great condition. resprayed externally 2 years ago and it needed no welding anywhere.
Boot, bay and inside of doors were not sprayed.   I have since found a very small amount of rust that will need attention under the spare wheel.   gutted when I noticed it but not worried as it's very small and imagine easy to repair.   I'll take a pic and post.
interior is in great clean standard condition with the obligatory wear on drivers bolster.
electric roof is in great shape too. always cleaned and treated with quality protector.   wheels are in respectable condition with very good tread on tyres. tracking carried out last year. Sat on lowering springs with recent standard shocks.   9 inch servo with correct master cylinder. brake lines need bleeding, fluid included.
New gear linkage fitted so felt great changing gears when driven. fuel filler neck changed years ago as was the steering rack. electric windows, remote central locking with toad alarm.
£2500 buys my car. includes 20vt engine/loom and ecu/mk4 gearbox with gear shifter and tower.
looking at what's for sale I'd say it's well worth the money.
trailer needed or something suitable take 2 engines and the car.
£2500, no more no less.
