Where do I start, well firstly I'm only advertising this as I'd like the space back in my garage to bring my red mk1 home to finish.
It's a solid, never been welded car that puts a huge smile on your face when you press the loud pedal.

Engine,   1.8 g60 supercharged, smaller pulley with chip to suit, supersprint stainless 4 branch manifold with miltek stainless exhaust, rallye U bend, g60 radiator with sprinter intercooler .
It's using a  very low mileage rod change box from an 87 dx engine scirocco with 100mm shafts.
Most g60 conversions I've seen put the ecu in the rain tray under the bonnet, not mine, I have made sure the wiring is how it should be by using an ecu relay and separate fuel relay with the ecu next to the fuse box (with helpful advise from rubjonny )

Chassis,  jamex suspension  (very 90's) and rear disk conversion

Bodywork  ,  rolled rear arches, rolled and flared front arches, de-locked bootlid ( on a popper inside the car) single wiper kit (I believe it's a 'storm' kit, again very 90's) chrome trim around the grille and down the sides, early metal bumpers (front is repro but rear is genuine vw) gti chin spoiler

Inside,  leather seats, good dashboard and parcel shelf  (tatty in lots of mk1's),  aftermarket vw logo gearknob,  mountney steering wheel ,  some wolfsburg edition tat, mirror adjusters, door pins etc, cd player with aux, and decent branded speakers front and rear.

Wheels, 14x8 borbets with a fairly low offset  (not really my thing but they suit the car) toyo's all round.

Roof,  manual, reasonable condition, small nick at the back where it looks like someone has poked a Stanley blade through it, no leaks.
Originally the car came with a very knackered electric roof (frame is good but the vinyl cover is scrap,  this will come with the car incase you wanted to build up a nice mohair roof.

Negatives,  front wheel bearings are starting to get noisy, gearbox mount is worn (one supplied) there's a small dent in the bottom of the bootlid and ideally the fuel filter wants shifting to the bulkhead.

So there you have it, it's fast, fun and gets lots of attention wherever I take it
