Mk1 caddy show car

Thinking of selling my Mk1 caddy that I have owned for nearly 10 years. It was a complete wreck when I bought it as a project way back in 2010 which started a 5 year restoration. Every panel has been repaired or replaced apart from the roof which was the only rust free panel on the caddy. 
I also fitted a brand new bed panel and new fibreglass tailgate.

The bodywork took me nearly 4years to complete and i spent hundreds of hours making sure the paintwork was as good as I could get it.
It has had a full respray inside and out includng the whole cab area. It was originally red and I changed the colour to audi sprint blue so I prepped and painted everywhere as i hate seeing cars that have had a colour change but only in the areas you can see. 

I also fitted a bench seat which I am having retrimmed in cream and black leather to match the door cards. The engine is the 1.9td AAZ engine which was a very good relatively low mileage example (120k) which starts and runs perfectly. Wheels are 13inch ats classics. 

It will soon have 12months mot and it is lowered on coilovers on the front and axle flip on the back. I also have a pair of 2 inch lowering blocks for it but I found it too low for where I live with th blocks in.

I love this car and really don't want to sell it but I just don't use it anymore. I have 2 young kids so we can no longer go anywhere in the caddy as a family which means it doesn't get used. The only reason i am thinking of selling it is to buy a splitscreen camper project which will allow us to use it as a family.

I have taken it to a few shows and it did win a few show and shines

I am asking £9000 ovno for it. It currently has an agreed insurance valuation of £10k so I think this is a resonable price for it. I'm not desperate to sell and won't be giving it away as so much of my time has gone into building it so i will only sell it if it makes enough for me to buy a splitscreen camper project.
