What is this Volkswagen Golf 1,8 i GTI "W 65"Pirelli" SPEEDSTER"

I  just found another, different, cabrio for sale.  To me it looks like a unique, handmade, speedster conversion - but do you know better and, more important, what do you think of it it?

That too is a Beiber kit,  not a true Cabriolet version.

not worth that kind of monies to me even with the p-slots.

Yes, that is not a great fitting top, reminds me of the top on my 58 Bug-Eye, and 67 MG Midget…. Direct water was ok, it was the splash that went around the seams.

A 2 door speedster….. I would really like to see the inside is the outside looks like that.
