Well just as a marker I can get my hands on a 1980 60k Golf 3dr in Rallye yellow. Total Nut & Bolt restoration for less than 9k.



And for once I've got the cash spare and a garage to use.
Go figure!  🤔🙄😏

i'm kind of disappointed with the CC, i've got a bit of a thing for those & the Sportline/Blue Rivage yet it's been modded pretty heavily & so few around

Thanks Dean, getting back to normal after another scary moment but I'll never be well again so to speak so I will just have to learn to live with it. 🤔

No the green one didn't come off but this yellow one is even better by a fair bit.

The only problem I have is I have to drive about 7 hours (with breaks) just to view it and then there's all the hassle of trailering it back etc…

But here's a couple more for you to lick your lips over! 😋









Don't know who did the fantastic paint work but they even knew when to stop the gloss/clear laq and just 'matt' finish the paint! 😉 👍🏼

That 48k mile all white Mk1 Convertible looked like a scam.

Sold for £5,500 at auction and seller relisted for £7,000.
