Rolling road recommendation

Hi, i live near middlesbrough and am on the lookout for a specialist who can set up my mk1 16vg60 on a rolling road.  I had found somewhere but they are a considerable distance away and i need somewhere more local to keep the costs down.  Anyone offer any suggestions?  It has a DTA ecu.  Not painted yet and still needs reassembling but just looking for ideas in the meantime, thanks.
