DIY Parcel shelf

Post

Hey guys

as of late I have had plenty of time on my hands' I decided to attempt to build my own parcel shelf' the one that came with the car was a hand made bodge with too big holes for some speakers' I wanted a refined look parcel shelf' so had a look at the back of my shed to see what I could find.

I found some cheap cladding which I glued together for the main base and some feather edge for the side along with a rectangle piece of wood for the center' as I said I just made it up as I went along.

when I purchased the car it had a large amount of fabric that was used for the previous parcel shelf with some contact adhesive spray glue.

I've even managed to attach 2 x stainless rods that fit into the original holders.

Whip

Noun - Car

When the steering wheel was first put into use in automobiles, it was called the whip. The term has now been generalised to classify any automobile.
