Anyone else find the rear wheels lift off the ground when jacking the front?

See title. Jacking up the front left side of my golf today by the front wishbone, surprised to see the rear left wheel was also off the ground an equal amount!

Is my suspension too stiff, or is this just normal for the Golf? Any way to alleviate it, aside from jacking up both sides before  climbing underneath?

Normal. Small light car with a stiff shell.
