ABF ITB manifold

does anyone make or has anyone got an inlet manifold for fitting 45mm jenvey throttle bodies to ABF, must have injectors in manifold. I can't find one and looks like my only option is make one using original bottom section welded to itb flanges…

Mangoletzi are the terrible ones with a step.

The better ones used to be TWM manifolds, which I think came from France.
