Wing mirror glass

I am looking for wing mirror glass for my 1990 convertible.  So far no one seems to sell the replacement mirrors. Any ideas where I can get some ?

Thanks

Try: https://www.glassrack.net/1990134.html

IIRC Doorman was the company that I got my replacements from years ago, and I bought them through a Auto Parts store.

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?

They all start with GOOD Grounds.

Never found a correct replacement mirror. Used to see loads of those stuck on types but not any more. Seems the only way to go is a new/ good secondhand one.

very interesting... when i bought my cabby a few years back there was a crack in the OS mirror... me being me, i didn't want to replace the whole thing (my car is original & standard, no new paint) sooo i bought a used cabby mirror unit, removed the mirror & backing. Then with time & patience, heated up the mirror then bit by bit, removed the mirror from the backing... used an old school butter knife & hair dryer   did the job & simple replacement...

Good luck with it, it's fiddly but it paid off....

Thanks for the advice.  I will look for a couple of second hand mirrors

When I mentioned the glass locations url, you can either tape and glue the new mirror to the old one as the mirror is ok, but it is getting corrosion between the silver back coat and the glass which is the Dark spots.

The original mirror is taped to the backing and you break it off, then use new 3m weather strip tape and clear silicone to affix it to the old backing plate.
