Steering wheel

Do many of you have this steering wheel fitted??

Many will yes. 

Is it a straight swop on to a 89 gti cabriolet?? I really like it. Very pricey too!

You may have a large spline on your car that'll need pulling off. 

I could be wrong tho, not sure when the spline size changed. 

But essentially yes, it'll go on. 

I have one on my tin top and love it!

I must find out what spline size is on my car then… surely someone here would know? And does anyone here have one they don't want anymore???

Take your wheel off and look, you'll see if it's large spline as it's like a collar adapter that's pressed onto the small spline.  

Just remove it if so, lots of info on here I'm sure.
