So thought this bit would be easy. Just pulled the master cylinder out the way and had a quick eyeball of the servo.
Scratched my head for a few moments and came back in to ‘ah hem’ carry on working from home
Anyhow. Is there a process to getting the servo off?

Servo removal. Help please.
thanks - so no touching the spring or any of the mechanism just 4 bolts
The fork of the servo seems to disappear into the housing for the linkage. Not sure how to get to that.

Take the 4 nuts off you should be able to get it forward enough to remove the slit pin and clevis pinBackinblack said

Servo removal. Help please.
Well it’s off. That’s an annoying and awkward little job.
But it’s off and will be some questions no doubt one I offer up the new master cylinder and servo.
I have 2 electrical switched on my current master cylinder and I have no idea what they are for or if I have room for them on the other one.

Servo removal. Help please.
Ha. Never seen them on a master cylinder before. I am used to them being on the brake pedal of other cars I worked in. Need to look at the G60 cylinder to see if it can take them or I will be buying a new 22mm one that does I guess.

If you can't mount them on the. M/C then it is common to fit t-pieces and mount them on there. Alternatively you can fit a switch to the pedal. Bit of a fiddly job on early cars though. I had to make up a bracket for mine.

Does anyone have a link for where to get nee bushes for the brake linkage. While the servo is off then I may as well change them. Thanks.
